The Church’s Official Ensign Mobile App lets you have your Ensign magazine on your mobile devices for reference any time. And they don’t charge you for it.

The Official Gospel Library App from the LDS Church. Search, bookmark, annotate, link, and highlight text. Synchronize with LDS.org. Compare with others.
The Church’s official “Tools” App. Information from LDS.org is synched to the app on your device, including directory, calendar, more for easy and fast lookup.
The Mormon Channel App is a MUST HAVE LDS Mobile App for multiple reasons. It’s a wealth of information and media at your fingertips. Use it often!
The LDS Scriptures App by readscriptures.com is a great app with lots of goodies in it. It was the first to introduce tags, and now has talk/lesson builder as well.

The Official LDS Music App has all the Hymns, Children’s Songbook songs. And it also includes the sheet music, so you could play reading it from your iPad!

The Amazon Fire is another tablet that does the same things as the iPad and Android tablets. Only it has $199 price tag which is less than 1/2 of iPad price!
